Harald Wohlfahrt, a 'pellet ambassador' of the German Pellet Institute (DEPI), will present a barbecue show on the third day of exhibition. Mr. Wohlfahrt will grill scampi and scallops on a pellet barbecue in the Rothaus Park (located directly opposite Hall 4). This will be followed by discussions at the Interpellets Forum, during which a pellet barbecue will be raffled off to visitors.
Harald Wohlfahrt is recognized as one of the greatest chefs in Europe. He has held three Michelin stars since 1992, was named Chef of the Year in 1991 by Gault Millau and has been awarded the Bundesverdienstkreuz (Federal Cross of Merit). Harald Wohlfahrt is known for his excellent cooking skills and his love of nature. He has always used locally produced, natural ingredients, and the environment also played a part in his choice of heating system.
